Highlights: This module addresses the need to track information for luxury suites (A separate module is available for event specific suite rentals). Details about the suite, key contacts and cost share partners can be maintained. Reports by suite can be generated to summarize information for other areas involved in suite operations. References to independent suite coordinators can also be maintained to facilitate communication and administration through these intermediaries.

Issue logging by suite allows actions to be delegated to support areas for action using workgroup scheduling
Print, fax and e-mail communication can be readily sent to primary suite contacts or to cost share partners as required
Personal information (i.e. birthdays, family details, etc.) can be tracked for each suite contact as required
Customized document templates facilitate follow-up letters and agreements with data merged from the database
