The system facilitates logging complaints and categorizing them for meaningful reporting
All complaints can be tracked to allow timely follow up and resolution with the fans as well as with the individual areas receiving the complaints
An items turned in to your facility’s lost & found area can be tracked to facilitate identification when reported lost by their owners. Items lost by type and date of event can be tracked as they are turned in or reported lost
Key Benefits: A centralized database of issues handled on behalf of all types of fans (including individual game, season ticket holder as well as luxury suites clients) simplifies the process and keeps everyone "in the loop". Client relationships can be better managed through expedited complaint resolution and on-going tracking for future reference.
