attendees can be created to encourage repeat participation and cross promote
other events

by organization can be tracked and include details of each request
Fulfillment of donations is
automated through template letters, bar code scanning to track shipping and/or
ticket numbers
Scheduling of player appearances
can be handled through a workgroup calendar allowing all those involved to
know availability and be involved in the scheduling process; a monthly
calendar is generated for each player detailing their scheduled appearances
